The Great Move is Beginning As of April 6th, 2019, 02:00 (LMT), all flights Turkish Airlines planned for Ataturk Airport will be conducted from Istanbul Airport.

For tickets issued for flights that have been canceled due to moving to a new airport (list of flights attached), the following rules apply:

ONLY Flights operated by Turkish Airlines

• Changes to the date and route without limitation of the flight period may be made without surcharge, regardless of the booking class used, but within the original ticket service class.
• A change of the route is within the zone of separation IATA DT300.

Note:

If the ticket is reissued less than 24 hours before the intended departure, as well as in the absence of seats in the class of the original ticket, it is possible to upgrade the class of service (upgrade allowed) subject to confirmation of seats by an alternative carrier.

The cost of a fully unused ticket is refundable without any deductions, ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION IS NOT REQUIRED (FULL REFUND PERMITTED). The refund is made in GDS. Refund of partially used ticket is made according to the rules of involuntary refund.

A prerequisite for making changes or return is to enter information about the reason for the transaction into the ENDORSEMENT box

Information on flight cancellations will be reflected in bookings received in the Agency's GDS booking queue.

All agencies must necessarily check their turn and inform passengers about the cancellation of flights
