News → Singapore Airlines - SQ (618). The policy for revalidation & ADM policy

The policy of SINGAPORE AIRLINES for revalidation of an electronic ticket Starting from March 4, 2019, agents are allowed to revalidate in GDS tickets issued on the form of Singapore Airlines.

BASIC REQUIREMENT. IS ALLOWED REVALIDATION OF TICKETS IN CASE:

  • Changes flight number *
  • Changes departure time *
  • Changes the date of departure *

And the following conditions remain:

  • Booking class (RBD) is not changed;
  • There is no difference in the tariff;
  • The rules of the applied tariff “Not Valid Before” and “Not Valid After " are saved”;
  • Transportation route (rerouting) is not changed ;
  • Saved form airline SQ618;
  • Is not changed rules of the fare prescribed in the flight category restrictions;
  • The rules of the applied tariff prescribed in the advance purchase category are saved.

In the case of revalidation of the ticket, please make sure that You adhere to all the rules of the fare applied including the penalty for changing through the issuance of EMD-S, if necessary. If you do not comply with at least one of the above conditions, the ticket must be reissued.

АDM POLICY

  • Singapore Airlines reserves the right to issue an ADM ( Agent Debit Memo) if the revalidation conditions have not been met and/or the ticket change penalty has not been applied .
  • The ADM will be exposed in accordance with IATA resolutions 850m and 830a.
  • Singapore Airlines reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
