News → Aeroflot - SU (555). Mandatory e-mail of passengers in the booking (PNR).

Please note that from 01.01.19 g mandatory required to make the e-mail address (e-mail) of the passenger.

E-mail should be made to the booking till the moment of issuing the ticket.

In connection with necessity of adjustment of technological processes and revision of the software Agents, the ADM for the lack of E-mail to bookings made before 01.02.19, exhibit will not.

We remind you that incorrectly specified personal and contact information of passengers may cause untimely delivery of important information about the upcoming transportation, including in cases of changes in the flight schedule, delays, transfers, change of the departure/boarding terminal and other non-standard or faulty situations.
In accordance with the Federal law of 27.07.2006 №152-FZ "on personal data" PJSC "Aeroflot" guarantees the safety of the provided contact information.

Failure to comply with Technology and requirements about entering of contact information (see attached file) of JSC "Aeroflot" has the right to impose penalties in the amount of 1 800 RUB for each PNR (p. 19 current ADM policy of JSC "Aeroflot" for direct agents and agents BSP, p. 18. ADM policy of JSC "Aeroflot" for agents of PJSC "TKP").

If the passenger refuses to provide the information necessary for booking, the booking is not made.

When booking a flight, the passenger provides Aeroflot PJSC with his / her personal data (surname, name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, citizenship, type and number of the identity document and its validity period). If you refuse to provide these data booking is not made.

The agent is obliged to inform the passenger about the need to provide contact information for timely notification of schedule changes and communication in case of emergency.

When providing personal data, the client is responsible for their accuracy. The agent, for its part, is responsible for the completeness, correctness and timeliness of these data in the booking.
