Dear colleague,

We inform you about the update of information on the service fee for the refund of tickets of TAP Air Portugal.

When making a refund in BSP LINK SERVICE FEE will be CHARGED:

EUR 15 if the refund is made within 24 hours of ticket issuance. Refunds are made on EMD-S Deposit for Further Transportation. EMD-S applies to all passengers, including infants;
EUR 30 if the refund is made later than 24 hours after the ticket has been issued. The refund is made according to the original form of payment;

When making a refund in BSP LINK, the SERVICE FEE is waived IN the FOLLOWING CASES:

Flight cancellation or schedule change for more than 5 hours (if the passenger does not fit the exchange options);
Tickets issued through the official website of the airline flytap.com ahhh! A refund must also be requested via flytap.com (if the return of these tickets is made through the contact center of the airline or the sales office, the service fee will be charged);
Non-refundable tickets where only the taxes and fees back;
Award tickets for miles;
Infant tickets;

NOTICE:

In case of refusal of a visa, death of a passenger or a close relative, a service fee will be charged for ticket refund.

When making the refund to the GDS. no additional fee will be charged, but in case of incorrect/incorrect calculation of the return the airline will be exposed to ADM.

In case of erroneous/incorrect ticket issuance, you can perform the VOID procedure until the sales report is closed. In this case, the service fee is not charged.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Refunds must be made only on the original form of payment, even if the ticket has been rewritten.

In case of violation of this rule, the airline will issue an ADM
