Dear colleagues and partners,

We inform you about the change charge for the procedure of correcting the passenger's name from December 01, 2018 – 30 EUR.

This procedure is only permitted for bookings made on TAP Air Portugal (TP), Portugal (NI), White Airways (WI) own flights.

The amount of the fee must be specified as a DU tax in the field of airport charges (tax box) mask of the new ticket.

Additionally, the message " Reissue due сorr name " should be entered in the tickets box "Endorsements".

The following fixes are possible:

• Not more than three letters in the surname;
• Partial name (example: Green / John Mr instead Green Smith / John Mr);
• Name and surname reversed (example: John / is Smith Mr Smith / John Mr);
• Change of name due to marriage or divorce – the passenger must provide a supporting document;
• The Alias/nickname instead of the name (example: Green / Kathy Mrs is Green / Katherine Mrs);
• Error in status of the passenger (for example: Smith / John Mrs instead of Smith / John Mr);
• Part of the dual names mixed up (example: Green Smith / John Mr is Smith Green/John Mr);
• Partial name (example: Santos / Santos is Fernanda Mrs /Maria Fernanda Mrs);
• A typo in the name (letters reversed, missing letters, extra letters);

Note:
Correction of the child's name up to 2 years (INF) is allowed without a fee;
Important: it is forbidden to make changes to the names of passengers in bookings/tickets with flights of other carriers under Interline agreements or Codeshare agreements, where the operating carrier is not TAP Air Portugal.
Important: if during the passenger name correction procedure there are voluntary changes in the ticket (change of date, change of direction or increase to a higher RBD), all penalties for voluntary changes shall be charged in accordance with the rules of the applied fare.
For violation of this rule, the airline will be exposed to ADM.
