Qantas reminds about the rules of registration of penalties for changes in air tickets (Change Fee Collection) and the policy involuntary changes (Qantas Schedule Change Policy) on the stock QF/081

1. Rules of Change Fee Collection.

If the fare rules provide for a penalty for making changes, the ticket must be rewritten with a single EMD-s design.

Otherwise, the airline reserves the right to issue an ADM.

EMD-S must be:

issued separately for each ticket
issued at the time of ticket reissue
issued with the new ticket number

2. Qantas Schedule Change Policy

In case of forced reissue of tickets Qantas (QF / 081) in connection with the schedule change, you should pay attention to the following:

the penalty for the change is not applied, additional fees are incurred
all details of the original ticket must be specified in the new e-ticket (including Fare basis and fare line)
tour code-any existing information in the tour code box must be saved
the "QFSKEDCHG" mark should be entered in the endorsement box
if the passenger does not agree with the schedule change, it is necessary to send a request for a refund via BSPlink.
alternatively, when making a return via GDS, you must request a waiver code via email avia@avia-centr.ru
In case of absence of information in the endorsement field during the air ticket correspondence or the waiver code when returning, the airline has the right to issue an ADM
