Due to the cancellation of flights SU276/277 from December 10, 2018 to March 30, 2019 Moscow – Bangkok-Moscow (replaced by flights of JSC" Airline Russia " SU6275 / 6276 with automatic transfer of passengers), for passengers who have tickets with sections for canceled flights, and who do not want to use the proposed transfer,

It is allowed:

REFUND under the scheme of INVOLUNTARY at the place of purchase of the ticket, or re - registration by technology " INVOLUNTARY Rebooking " (WITHOUT CHANGING THE ROUTE) on other flights under the SU code within plus/minus 5 days from the original date of departure, while simultaneously changing the date of departure on the return sections with the preservation of the original (+/- 3 days) of the period of stay, but within the validity of the ticket.

• Reservations must be made in the original paid booking codes (RBD), and in the absence of seats, in the next of the open booking classes (RBD), but within the paid class of service.
• The number of this telegram must be entered in the reissued tickets.
• We remind you that in other cases, the refusal of carriage because of a change of aircraft type, change of the numbering of the flight, changing the actual operator of the flight do not apply to cases of involuntary refunds for carriage.
• For passengers who agreed with the proposed change must be reissued tickets (as involuntary) to the proposed flight by making a record "SKCHG" (SCHEDULE CHANGE) in the box ENDORSEMENT ticket
