Dear partner,

Please be informed that Hong Kong Airlines has announced a change in the schedule for the next flights for the period specified below. Please check the messages in the GDS queue and, if necessary, contact the passengers.

• PNH - C - PHNOM PENH /KH:CAMBODIA
• YVR - C - VANCOUVER /CABC: CANADA - BRITISH COLUMBIA
• HX/CRK - 851 - HONG KONG AIRLINES

1. Flights to Phnom Penh (PNH) will be suspended from 28 October 2018 to 30 March 2019 until further notice

Settlement plan:

• Request a full refund

2. From January 10 to February 28, 2019, the frequency of flights to Vancouver (YVR)
will be reduced from 7 to 5 times a week (days – 1, 3, 5, 6, 7)

Settlement plan:

• Date change free of charge
• Full refund
• If the passenger has paid a special place for his feet, airline will provide the same place or will fully reimburse the payment of choice seats via the Call Centre.
