We would like to inform you that airlines COBALT has decided to cancel all flights from October 18 due to financial difficulties. On the official website of the airline passengers are asked not to come to the airport, the airline staff at the airport will not.

BSP IATA will fully refund you the sales amount for COBALT (CO-354) for the reporting period 181002, 181013 (in the application of the official newsletter, which you have also had to get directly from IATA).
If the amount is not enough for refunds, it is necessary to make claims to the head office of the airline in accordance with the details specified in the BSP contract.

Dear BSP members,
IATA suspended the production of COBALT (CO 354) with immediate effect in accordance with the provisions of resolution 850, Annex F.
In the attached file is the official IATA information about the exception from the(354) of BSP Russia.
The agents of the parties to the mutual settlement system BSP needs:
Immediately stop the release and return tickets and other documents to the plane of the cobalt (CO-354) through the reservation systems (GDSs) and BSPlink.
As usual in such situations, the provisions of the IATA resolutions provide for agents to settle accounts directly with the airline, in order to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation, agents are required to transfer revenue for the reporting periods and 181002 181003, in full to the details of the BSP clearing Bank in Russia in accordance with the Agency summary sheet and the register (i.e., including the amounts of COBALT (Co-354) ) airlines, the dates specified in the BSP calendar. IATA, in turn, if possible in accordance with applicable law, will adjust the agent's subsequent reports to the amount of sales/refunds of COBALT (CO-354) by issuing SPDRs/SPCRs from airline-952. That is, agents who bill for the periods specified for COBALT (CO-354) were positive for IATA may refund these amounts.
In case of a negative COBALT report (co-354) for the periods 181002 and 181003, the agent will be obliged to transfer the relevant amount to the settlement account of the IATA branch in the Russian Federation after the issuance of the SPDR.
All subsequent payments must be made directly with the airline outside the BSP.
